RETURNS - Merchandise

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at merchandise@absolutemotors.eu.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Returns must be made within the specified return period of 14 days.

2. We will only process returns if they are sent back in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or worn items will be refused and returned to the customer.

3. Unidentifiable returns will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum of 1 month. Customers can reach out to customer service during this time. After this period, the package will be processed according to our internal procedures, and no further correspondence will be possible.

Shipping cost - Merchandise

Netherlands
Shipping rates within the Netherlands are calculated based on the selected products and parcel weight.

Europe
Shipping rates across Europe are calculated based on the destination country and package weight.

Worldwide
Shipping rates for countries outside Europe are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
